About the apartment
We are happy to offer you a spacious and sunny apartment for a summer rent. The apartment is about 70 square meters big and is located on the second floor of a pre-war building, which was renovated in 2006. The apartment consists of three independent rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
In the living room (approx. 18 sq m) our guests will find a convertible sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a table with chairs and shelves.
The bigger bedroom (approx. 18 sq m) is furnished with three single beds, wardrobes, bedside , chairs, a desk and sheets.
The smaller bedroom (approx. 14 sq m) contains two single beds with a possibility of joining them together to create one big and comfortable bed. In this room, there are also wardrobes, chest of drawers and sheets.
The kitchen is fully equipped as well. One is encouraged to use all the household equipment (eg a fridge, an oven and a kettle) , as well as kitchen vessels, cutlery and crockery.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a shower, a basin and WC.
Our guests will be free to use the wireless Internet.
Location and the neighbourhood
The apartament is located in Kościuszki street in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, between Jana Kilińskiego street and Aleja Legionów avenue.
Gdańsk Wrzeszcz is a commercial district with lots of entertainment. Its advantage is the location near the main road connecting Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Wrzeszcz is surrounded by the Thri-City Landscape Park and lies in a close proximity to the Baltic sea. The urban transport is very well-developed and ensures easy commuting to the beach as well as to all the tourist attractions of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot.
Urban transport
The apartment is located in a short distance of 200 meters from a tram stop, from which one can take the tram number 2 or 8 directly to the City Centre of Gdańsk (10 minutes). Directly from the outside of the building one can also commute to the beach. There is a bus (number 127), which will take you to the pier in Brzeźno as well (it takes 12 minutes, and the bus departures every quarter of an hour).
Taking a bus or a tram, you will also be able to get to other important places of Gdańsk and Sopot, but in Thri-City, the most important means of communication is the city railway (SKM).
PKP station (Polish long-distance railways) and SKM station (Szybkiej Kolei Miejskiej) are located 600 meters from the apartment. If this seems too much of a walk then you can easily arrive at the station taking a tram or a bus. From Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station the SKM train (city railway) will take you to the city centre of Gdańsk (4 stops- approx. 7 minutes), to Sopot (6 stops- approx. 10 minutes) or to Gdynia ( 11 stops – approx. 20 minutes). It is also worth mentioning that the city railway trains run 24 hours a day, which is a huge advantage for those, who wish to experience the night life of Gdańsk and Sopot. Especially in Summer the city railway is a favourite way of commuting for both – tourists and the locals. One should not hesitate to use it even at night as the railway is patrolled by the City Railway Guards.
