General description of the flat:
- a flat with a floor area of a 50 square meters .
- two large, separate rooms, each with an area of 16 square meters.
- A spacious and bright kitchen that is fully equipped.
- Comfortable bathroom with a shower.
- The apartment is located on the first floor of a well – kept and renovated house.
- The kitchen window ( North – West ) and one of the rooms window are facing the Obrońców Wybrzeża Street. The second room window ( South – East ) is overlooking the quiet and peaceful backyard.
The location of the apartment:
The flat is located on the Obrońców Wybrzeża Street in the center of Gdynia. Housting location makes practically all the attractions of Gdynia at your fingertips. Within 5 – 10 minutes you can find yourself on the top of Kamienna Góra, on Gdynia's beach, on the Skwer Kościuszki , in a shopping center Batory, in a cinema complex Gemini or in the musical theater.

The prices for rent FULL APARTMENT:
1-2 persons – 140 PLN
3-4 persons – 200 PLN
5 persons ( one added bed ) – 220 PLN
6 persons ( two added beds) – 240 PLN
Families with children – 10 % off
Children under 6 years – free !!!
Price example - Parents with two children under 6 years – 126 PLN
When renting for a one day – always 240 PLN
For longer stays (over 5 days) - there is a possibility to negotiate the prices!!!
Rules of renting an apartment:
1. Regulations specify the rules for renting an apartment in Gdynia ( address is given in the E-mail that confirms the renting of a apartment )
2. When the Client makes a down payment, it means that he accepts the rules and agrees for the terms.
3. The height of payment is 30% of the whole stay. For 1-2 day stay the Client pays a deposit, witch is the value of the whole stay.
- in summer season ( June, July ) the Customer is obligated to make a down payment no later then 21 days before the arrival.
- Off the summer season the Customer is obligated to make a down payment no later then 10 days before the arrival.
- In a period of a small number of booking, there is a possibility to make a down payment with a less advance.
No down payment within the designated period may result in revoking of reservation.
4. The Client pays the remaining amount on arrival by keys collection.
5. Paying advancement by the customer guarantees that the date of arrival chosen by him will be reserved.
6. If the Client does not arrive within the prescribed period, the reservation will be canceled. Paid deposit is non refundable.
7. An E-mail sent to the Client is a confirmation, that contract with the Customer has been concluded.
- An E-mail will be sent on E-mail Address given by the Client.
- A wrong given E-mail Address may not be a reason to cancel the contract.
8. The Client's responsibilities :
- The rental day starts at 3pm and ends at noon the next day. There is a possibility to individually determine the starting and ending hour of the rental.
- The Client is financially responsible for any damages caused in the apartment during his stay and agrees that any repair or removal of defects will be made at his expense.
- After arrival but before rent, the Client is obligated to check the condition of equipment and furniture. Whether it is accordance with the list presented by the owner.
- If the Client, after receiving the keys, has no comments on the damage, means that he has no objection to the technical condition of the apartment, furniture and equipment located in the flat.
- Comments about the damage, which has been noted before or during the renting must be reported immediately to the owner.
- While giving the keys back, the Client must notify the owner about the damage caused during the rental and cover the cost of repairs.
9. If the client cancel the reservation :
- 30 days before the date of the arrival – 100 % return of the down payment
- 10 days before the date of the arrival – 50% return of the down payment
- 9 days before the date of the arrival – 25 % return of the down payment
10. The client rents an apartment for a period and number of persons specified in the contract ( confirmation ) :
- The owner has the right to check the apartment at any time, in the presence of the customer.
- If the owner finds violations of the conditions specified in the agreement ( for example : a larger number of people, destruction of property, breach of dead of night and so on ), the owner may request, that the customer together with the people staying with him, must leave the house immediately . The Client has no right to recover the amount paid for the rent of the apartment.
11. Law applicable to disputes between the owner and the customer is the Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the owner of the flat.
