Distance to the beach and seaside boulevard is just 4km. The house is located a short distance from the Tri-City Landscape Park Forest, where numerous marked cycle paths and trails for hikers.
Adjacent to the house garden with playground for children, where you can also spend time at the grill. You can park your car at the building or on the guarded parking lot about 600 meters from the house.
The apartment has independent entrance from the stairwell.
