Pension is located in the oldest district of Gdynia - Oksywie, away from the city center, 6 km. The area is a historic church of the twelfth century, the Polish Navy naval port, Polish Naval Academy, sports club fleet Gdynia, indoor and outdoor Olympic-size (one of two in Poland), beach and fishing area away from the guest house is 1 km , bus stop (lines 128, 150, 152, 163, 197, K) and grocery stores and PKO BP agency within 50 m of the facility is 18 rooms, in which there are a total of 70 beds.
