Why come to us? Special Features: Jeleśnia is situated in Beskida - one of the most beautiful regions of Poland. Picturesque mountains, lakes, woods and 14 old cities with numerous monuments make the place a very interesting one to visit. All the year long tourist trails and water sports centres are available. In winter, mountain trails are perfect for cross country skiing. Sledge rides with the highland music, winter walks are attractions creating a unique atmosphere of holidays in Beskida.
The district of Jeleśnia is located in the very heart of the Żywiec Beskida, rich in forests, lakes and rivers. Its geographical location and natural environment provide suitable conditions for various forms of tourism and leisure activities (hiking, cycling, water sports, etc.). Charming looks, fresh air, clean lakes and rivers meandering through the fields altogether with the nearby forests make the area an ideal place for those who seek silence and peace. Cycling is very popular form of tourism - many bicycle trails coincide with hiking trails. Horseback riding traditions are deep rooted in Beskida. Our pension collaborates with a nearby (2 km) stud opened recently and available for ours guests. The most popular place for Para gliders, light airplane flying is the mountain of Żar near Żywiec. Windsurfing is a fashionable sport on Żywiec and Międzybrodzie lakes. Very popular ski lifts are situated on the slopes of Pilsko Mountain (1542 m) near the town of Korbielów. All downhill courses are on northern slopes, snow conditions are very good, snow-cover holds till April. Pilsko has eight downhill courses and its 15 ski lifts serve 35 km of ski routes.
For these reasons the region is considered one of the protected countryside zones; two nature sanctuaries have been created here: Romanka (63 ha) and Pilsko (15 ha).
Our pension is situated in these lovely surroundings. The fascinating place it is built and Jeleśnia itself make the visit here a pleasant and unforgettable experience. We offer you eight sunny, nicely and comfortable standard furnished rooms (double, triple) with big double beds, (plus single beds for the children), RTV, bathrooms. A couple of rooms have private balconies. A big terrace and a summer garden are also at your disposal. You can watch the flowers and the mountains from there or set off for a trip, as the area is a starting point of many tourist-paths. Of course, for the disposal of our guests are: covered swimming pool in our pension, open from May till September, playground for children, a quiet living room for reading, playing games, listening to music...
We have a free parking for guests. In the summertime, small bus trips to Slovakia are organized, as in the winter - Christmas, New Year and carnival are celebrated with special parties and torch lit sleigh rides. After your trips a drink-bar, coffee-shop, snack-bar and our small restaurant invite you for delicious meals.
