I invite you to rent an exclusive summer resort with an independent, detached, brick, fenced recreational house in Ługowiska on Lake Ługowskie (Szczytnowskie), Choceń commune, (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship), about 80 km from Łódź, 80 km from Toruń, 110 km from Bydgoszcz, 25 km from Włocławek, 180 km from Warsaw.
The plot is nicely landscaped for your exclusive disposal. There is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 deckchairs, and a large mobile grill. There is an intimate terrace next to the house, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, and fenced parking for cars.
There is garden furniture with cushions on the terrace. There are nice plantings of conifers, spruces and pines around, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing football (half the plot in the shade, half in the sun).
The area is level, safe, fenced, microclimate, wild nature, peace, quiet, partial lake view.
To the lake, the closest point in a straight line, it is about 100 meters, while to the sandy shore with infrastructure about 150 meters.
The plot does not have direct access to the lake.
The lake is glacial type with super clean water all year round and fish.
There is a beautiful, nicely landscaped place by the lake, a shore for bathing and sunbathing, a small sandy beach, shallow, sandy entrance to the water, piers, a bench and a grill.
Further away there is a sandy municipal beach (15 minutes on foot) or guarded beaches in Chodcz and Chocen.
Surrounded by meadows, forests, mushrooms, plenty of space for hiking and cycling.
The nearest shop, bar, is about 15 minutes walk. You can buy there, apart from all food, cold cuts and ready meals, drinks and eat on the spot. (Actual state in summer 2023)
In addition, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a door-to-door shop arrives in the vicinity of the plot.
I recommend restaurants and bars in Chodcz and Chocen.
For those who want to visit, I suggest visiting Włocławek, Kruszwica, Inowrocław, Licheń, Kłodawa (salt mine), Ciechocinek, Toruń or the closest small towns (Chodecz, Choceń).
Two-storey, solid, brick house with a roofed terrace (90 m2).
It is inside right after refreshing, it has the listed equipment.
The house consists of a living room with a kitchen on the ground floor, a super new bathroom with a toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs with a balcony (wooden ceiling).
In the living room there is a fireplace with a fireplace insert and with a distribution upstairs, a sofa, a chest of drawers and a table.
Upstairs, in each separate bedroom, there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (Sembella).
Media: water from the municipal water supply, electricity, septic tank.
Designed for max. 5 people.

* the price does not apply to weekends, the May long weekend, with Corpus Christi.
The price applies to renting the entire house with an exclusive plot, regardless of the number of people, provided that max. the number of people is 5.
No more than 5 people may stay on the property and the house without the knowledge of the owner.
The price applies to a minimum rental of 5 nights.
There is also the possibility of renting for shorter periods, e.g. weekends (2 nights), especially outside the peak summer season.
I do not rent for any organized events.
Pets are accepted for a one-time fee of PLN 100.
After the initial telephone, e-mail or personal reservation, I send the reservation conditions and house rules to an e-mail. In such a case, of the advance payment should be made within 3 working days - no payment will result in cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining part of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash on the day of rental, arrival.
The payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance by the landlord that the booking conditions and house regulations are respected.
Advance payment, the payment is non-returnable in the event of resignation or early departure by the lessor.
The owner undertakes to book the date, prepare, service and keep the rental date.
The deposit will be refunded if the rental is not the fault of the owner (breakdowns, damage to the house by natural forces, etc.).

When leaving-arriving in the summer on Saturday, Sunday day ends until 12, starts at 16.
Other times may be set, but they must match both sides.

Cena dotyczy wynajmu całego domu z działką na wyłączność, bez względu na ilość osób, z zastrzeżeniem, że max. ilość osób to 5.
Na terenie posesji i domu nie może przebywać więcej niż 5 osób bez wiedzy właściciela.
Cena dotyczy wynajmu na minimum 5 nocy.
Istnieje możliwość również wynajmu na krótsze terminy np. weekendy(2 noce), szczególnie poza szczytem sezonu letniego.
Nie wynajmuję na żadne imprezy zorganizowane.
Zwierzęta są akceptowane za dopłatą jednorazową 100 zł.
Po wstępnej rezerwacji telefonicznej, mejlowej lub osobistej wysyłam warunki rezerwacji, regulamin domu na mejla. Należy wówczas wpłacić zadatek w ciągu 3 dni roboczych - brak wpłaty powoduje anulowanie rezerwacji.
Pozostałą część opłaty należy uiścić z góry, gotówką w dniu wynajmu, przyjazdu.
Wpłata zadatku stanowi akceptację przestrzegania warunków rezerwacji i regulaminu domu przez wynajmującego.
Zadatek, wpłata jest bezzwrotna w przypadku rezygnacji, wcześniejszego wyjazdu przez wynajmującego.
Właściciel zobowiązuje się to rezerwacji terminu, przygotowania, obsługi i dotrzymania terminu wynajmu.
Zadatek będzie zwrócony, jeśli to wynajmu nie dojdzie z winy właściciela (awarie, uszkodzenia domu przez siły natury, i.t.p.).
