All summer houses, year-round houses and caravan are equipped with:
- beds with bedclothes
- kitchenette equipped with refrigerator,electric stove, wireless kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots (houses number 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7)
- and chairs (within and outside)
- external bathroom for houses number 1, 2, 3, 6, 7
- internal bathroom for houses number 5, 8, 9, 10, 11
- full-size kitchen for houses number 8, 9, 10, 11
- TV in houses number nr 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 (Cyfra+)
- wireless internet access
Camping site:
- ability to place car and caravan easily
- every post has access to electricity
- chemical toilet for users
- ability to fill drink water
Tented field:
- mowed and comfortable place for tent
- ability to access to electricity
- access to refrigerator, washing machine and kettle
- ability to use bathroom and toilet (hot water available for 24h)

- we provide medical help (co-owner is medical doctor)
- our clients can bring their animals - additional fee for a dog staying at the resort: 5 zł per day
- during trips on hourses we offer pasture
- there are no moquitos here
Additional information:
- location of our centre is great opportunity to visit nearest tourist attraction in Czech, Karpacz, Krzeszów and nearby ski resorts
- there are hiking trails going through Paprotki village:
- Main Sudeten trail (red)
- green trail
- trail for hourses trip (orange)
- nearest shops are in Miszkowice (1,5km / 0,9mile) and Bukowka (2km / 1,2mile)
- there is possibility to rent ski equipment in „Radtel” company
- there are buses from Kamienna Góra to Lubawka. If there are problems to get to us from Kamienna Góra or Lubawka we are bringing our guests using our cars
