In Perlino, we have a small holiday house for rent (23 sq m) at Lake Choczewskie (500 m). However, to the shoreline of the open sea, ie to the beach in Lubiatów in the province Pomeranian is 15 km.
The cottage is located on a fenced property. It consists of a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
A fold-out sofa and two single beds guarantee the possibility of accommodation for up to 4 people.
The kitchenette is fully equipped - an electric kettle, an induction cooker and an oven, a fridge and kitchen utensils, which allows you to prepare your own meals.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower (hot water from an electric boiler).
On the equipment of the cottage there is also a TV, radio and grill, as well as additionally in front of the house a table and two benches for eating outside.
Car parking in the lot is free.
On the property there are equipment for the entertainment of the youngest (swing, carousel rocker - horse).
For those who have a vehicle with a hook, it is possible to rent a boat for swimming on Lake Choczewskie. The one-off cost of renting a boat with a boat for a period of stay (only to the Choczewskie lake) is 200 PLN. There is also a possibility to rent 4 bikes, cost PLN 200 (the cost applies to the entire stay). A child's bicycle seat is also available for a small child.
The location ensures perfect rest and guarantees the peace of rest. The property is located 100 m from the forest border and offers a beautiful view of the Gniewino village, in 2012 the Spaniards of Europe were stationed and trained at that time.
You can also see here the storage reservoir of the pumped storage power plant located on the lake. Żarnowiecki and the Morskie Oko lookout tower 10 km away.
In the center of the village at a distance of about 1 km there is a local dairy Śnieżka, you can buy fresh dairy products, and in the neighboring about 3 km. You can buy traditional processed meats and cold cuts.
This place is also perfect for trips to the sea - the nearest beach guaranteeing the possibility of parking the car in the vicinity of the sea is Lubiatowa (15 min)
We prefer to rent a house in terms of min. 7 nights starting from Saturday from 14.00 to Saturday until 10:00.
However, we are open to individual arrangements of the rental period.
The cost of the house in the months of May, the first half of June, September is 120-140 PLN / day.
