DWÓR SOSNOWO - a 15 hectares (37 ac) property situated by a picturesque Narie lake in a beautiful Polish Lake District - Masuria, 40 km away from Olsztyn city. Three wooden houses situated about 80 meters away from each other create separate enclaves, thus guests have ensured privacy and can feel untrammelled. Discrete stuff at guests disposal all day.

SUITE HOUSE - 2 twin suits with lakeviews, 80 meters away from the beach. A big sunny patio with furniture and grill near to a forest retreat. in addition a canopied terrace with separate entrances to the suites. Each suit is 70 m² (750 ft²), 3 rooms for 7 people. Inside there are 2 bedrooms for 2 and 3 people, living room with a double put-you-up sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC. A spacious club chamber with an open fireplace,a big dining table and a foldout ping-pong table at guests disposal. Next to the chamber, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher.
HUNTING COTTAGE - by the beach and a quiet bay, practically in the forest. Inside there are four bedrooms in which 10 people can stay comfortably. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor, and the three remaining are on the first floor. The living area equipped with a fireplace. In the kitchen there is an electric cooker, dishwasher, oven, fridge, dinnerware, and pots. A bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. A canopied patio with furniture and an amazing lakeview. A place for grill and bonfire. There is also a cellar with a separate entrance, very practical for provision storage, especially in the summer.
MANOR HOUSE - VILLA (820 m², 8800 ft²) - a luxurious villa with z panoramic lakeview. Five bedrooms plus family suite with bathrooms for 20 people. On the ground floor there is a vast hall. living room with a fireplace, office, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and changing room. On the first floor there are 3 bedroom, family suite and a gallery with a down hall view. The lowest floor has a big chamber with an open fireplace and an exit towards the lake, jacuzzi, sauna and a billiard room. Outside there is a 150 m² (1600 ft²) terrace with comfortable deck furniture, as well as canopied arbour with a dining place with a lakeview. Under the roof there is a gas grill with skewer. Next to the patio a summer kitchen is situated. There is also a connector leading from the house to the summer kitchen and a double garage.
