The guest rooms, located at Hetmańska Street are at a quick tram ride from the location as well as from all the amenities in the area such as Arena, Kasprowicz Park, Railway Station and International Trade Centre (3 tram stops). It takes about 15 minutes to get to the old Market in the City Centre by tram (number 5 and 8).
The rooms are entirely overhauled and renewed, located at a 90 m² flat in the apartment house built in 1938.
The flat has four guest rooms with three pieces bathrooms (shower available only) for 1 to 3 persons. Three rooms are each per 20 m², the one is only 12 m², at disposal a hall with a kitchen area.
The flat is air- conditioned, equipped with window shutters of The South Side with a beautiful view of a garden.
The rooms are fully furnished with wooden beds, wardrobes, desks, electric kettles, chairs and armchairs, provided with cable TV sets and wireless internet access.
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, a dutch-oven, cutlery and an iron.
Two guarded car-parks are available within 150 meters away from the location.
Smoking is strictly banned in the guest rooms.
The prices are between 45 PLN – 95 PLN per person. (10 - 22 € )
