Minimalny okres wynajmu wynosi 7 dni, jednakże poza sezonem liczonym from czerwca to września, istnieje możliwość indywidualnej negocjacji pobytu. Dzień rozpoczęcia pobytu – sobota. Dodatkowo koszt sprzątania wynosi – 50 PLN, koszt energii elektrycznej wg wskazań licznika. Rezerwacja po wpłacie zaliczki w wysokości 30%. W przypadku rezygnacji z pobytu wpłacona zaliczka nie podlega zwrotowi.
