Our Information Office is open from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
and 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at weekends.

Furnishings and equipment
Along with modern, comfortable furnishings, our apartments include:

complete kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.)

ironing board and iron
You will receive an initial supply of bed linen and towels. Compulsory final cleaning is included in the rent.
An intermediate cleaning of EUR 30,00 to EUR 85,00, depending on the category, must also be booked.
Should the property be left particularly dirty, should it be necessary to wash down the kitchen or clean the carpets, we reserve the right to make a supplementary charge, depending on the apartment type, of at least EUR 40,00 to EUR 100,00.
Should you stay for more than 1 month, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory.
The charge will be between EUR 30,00 and EUR 75,00, depending on the category.

Breakfast
If you value individuality and independence, and like to cook for yourself, a fully equipped kitchen is available.
Supermarkets, bakery kiosks and breakfast cafes can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Children
A children's playground is situated in the grounds.
Parking
You can rent a parking space for your car at a charge of EUR 10.00 per day.
Catering
Snug restaurants and bars, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, various shops and boutiques are available in the immediate neighbourhood.
