Thanks to its unique location, „villa of 12 roses” offers its guests an unforget vacation and an experience of real tranquility.
The villa is set in a picturesque region, away from the noises of the modern city, on the edge of the pine forest leading to the fairytale lake. Thoughtfully planned architecture offers a perfect coordination of structure and space; together, modern design and stylish furniture create an atmosphere of harmony and inner piece.
This modern structure was built in 2004. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 stories: a comfor kitchen, a stylish guest room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the swimming pool, fireplace room leading to the terrace continuing to the swimming pool area and the garden. 2 bedrooms ( each with a private balcony) are separated by a bathroom with a full bath. Additionally, each floor has its own private bathroom. A large terrace and summer kitchen connected to the swimming pool offer an additional convenience for our guests. Every room in the house is filled with light and warmth. In each kitchen you will find everything you ever need in a house including a few sets of dishes and accessories. The appliances available for your use are: microwave oven, stove, fondue, toaster, pressure cooker, dishwasher.
We offer our guests plasma TV set ( 42 in ), DVD/video, music center, digital TV, a high speed internet (1024 Mb), fireplace, finish sauna, washing machine. Also: built-in grill located on the terrace, lawn chairs, outdoor furniture, catamaran and a boat. And of course the biggest attraction of the villa is a swimming pool ( 10x5, depth 1.7 meters). You can also rent cruising bicycles for an additional charge of $10/day.
To offer our guests complete privacy and comfort during their stay we can only rent our villa for one group at the time with a 3 night minimum.

- Safety:
During your stay you will feel completely safe. Our villa is surrounded by iron fence with a locking gates as well as a 2 car garage with additional outdoor parking. The entire area has video surveillance and there is a security alarm.

Smoking indoors is prohibited
-Traveling with pets:
Our guests can bring their pets. However, it has to be agreed with the owners before making reservations.
To offer our guests a complete privacy and comfort during their stay we can only rent our villa for one group at the time with a 3 nights minimum stay.

2nd floor: Kitchen with a dining room, bathroom, spacious guest room, balcony overlooking the lake. Can accommodate 3 people: double sofa-bed, single sofa-bed.
3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (each has a terrace ), separated by a full bathroom.

Prices are quoted per day (excluding taxes*):
During High season: 320 euro
During Low season: 195 euro
High season ( 7 nights minimum stay ): 21.03- 24-03; 01.05 – 04.05; 15.06 – 26.08; 23.12 – 03.01
Low season ( 3 nights minimum stay): 01.04 – 30.10 ( excluding above dates ).
The prices include one set of bed linens, towels, cleaning service after departure.
Additional services:
Additional towels: large – 2 euro, medium – 1 euro, small – 0.5 euro.
Additional bed linens: 8 euro
Additional cleaning service: 12 euro
* Service tax: 1 euro/person/day
Refundable deposit ( cash ) - 400 euro.
