Feel free to rent an independent, detached brick house with a fenced plot by the water, exclusively for you.
The recreational summer resort is located in the town of Tresta Rządowa on the Sulejowski Reservoir, about 50 km from Łódź (Łódzkie Voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (access via an expressway), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin.
The plot is quite large, nicely arranged, a lot of conifers, spruces and pines planted, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing football (half the plot in the shade, half in the sun).
The whole area is fenced, level, safe, microclimate, beautiful wild nature, peace and quiet.
There is a comfortable garden swing with pillows, 2 deckchairs, a large mobile grill, a hammock and a smoking tunnel at your exclusive disposal. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions, a small sofa.
It is also possible to play various motion games, and the car park is fenced.
The house is solid, brick, two-storey with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony with an area of approx. 90 m2 (for up to 6 people). It consists of a living room with a fireplace (warm air distribution to all rooms), a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling).
The house is inside after refreshing, partially has the equipment replaced , and after renovation.
The living room has a leather sofa (fold-out) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (Sembella) and a fold-out sofa.
Pets are accepted for a one-time fee of PLN 100.
EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY EQUIPPED (CUTLERY, PLATES, CASSEROLES) WITH CONVENIENCES, (ELECTRICITY, SEWAGE, WATER FROM THE CITY WATER) HOT WATER, SHOWER, TV WITH DIGITAL DECODER, ELECTRIC COOKER, ELECTRIC COOKER, ELECTRIC COOKER ).
BEDDING, CLEANING, MEDIA INCLUDED.
APART FROM POSSIBLY ADDITIONALLY PAID FIREWOOD FOR HEATING (IF YOU NEED)
In the immediate vicinity, huge forests, mushrooms, forest fruits, fish in the brine. In a straight line to the shore of the lagoon there is about 200 meters of a beautiful pine forest protective strip, which creates a microclimate and an amazing smell. There is a beautiful, wide sandy beach by the lagoon, shallow warm water. There is also a possibility to rent sports equipment, a small gastronomy, a bar at the campsite. In the village of Smardzewice a well-stocked market, it is possible to buy ready meals (Tomaszów Mazowiecki).
In the distant neighborhood, there is a bison breeding center, an open-air museum, a park with blue springs, caves to visit, the city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

* the price does not apply to weekends, the May long weekend, with Corpus Christi.
The price applies to renting the entire house with an exclusive plot, regardless of the number of people, provided that max. the number of people is 6.
No more than 6 people may stay on the property and the house without the knowledge of the owner.
The price applies to a minimum rental of 5 nights.
There is also the possibility of renting for shorter periods, e.g. weekends (2 nights), especially outside the peak summer season.
I do not rent for any organized events.
After the initial telephone, e-mail or personal reservation, I send the reservation conditions and house rules to an e-mail. You should then pay of the advance payment within 3 working days - no payment will cancel the reservation.
The remaining part of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash on the day of rental, arrival.
The payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the landlord's compliance with the booking conditions and house regulations.
Advance payment, the payment is non-returnable in the event of cancellation or early departure by the lessor.
The owner undertakes to book the date, prepare, service and keep the rental date. The deposit will be refunded if the rental is not the fault of the owner (breakdowns, damage to the house by natural forces, etc.).

Cena dotyczy wynajmu całego domu z działką na wyłączność, bez względu na ilość osób, z zastrzeżeniem, że max. ilość osób to 6.
Na terenie posesji i domu nie może przebywać więcej niż 6 osób bez wiedzy właściciela.
Cena dotyczy wynajmu na minimum 5 nocy.
Istnieje możliwość również wynajmu na krótsze terminy np. weekendy(2 noce), szczególnie poza szczytem sezonu letniego.
Nie wynajmuję na żadne imprezy zorganizowane.
Po wstępnej rezerwacji telefonicznej, internetowej, lub osobistej wysyłam warunki rezerwacji, regulamin domu na mejla. Należy wówczas wpłacić zadatek w ciągu 3 dni roboczych - brak wpłaty powoduje anulowanie rezerwacji.
Pozostałą część opłaty należy uiścić z góry, gotówką w dniu wynajmu, przyjazdu.
Wpłata zadatku stanowi akceptację przestrzegania warunków rezerwacji i regulaminu domu przez wynajmującego.
Zadatek, wpłata jest bezzwrotna w przypadku rezygnacji, wcześniejszego wyjazdu przez wynajmującego.
Właściciel zobowiązuje się to rezerwacji terminu, przygotowania, obsługi i dotrzymania terminu wynajmu. Zadatek będzie zwrócony jeśli to wynajmu nie dojdzie z winy właściciela (awarie, uszkodzenia domu przez siły natury, i.t.p.).
