Apart from the tasteful furnishings as well as new design, it also attracts because of the location, being in the close to city centre 3rd Vienna District. Within 20 min by the public transport our Guests can reach the heart of the city; within 5 minutes by walking the Schweizer Garten (Swiss Garden) and Belvedere Palace can be reached as well.
Because our Apartment is located in 3rd Vienna District, it is possible to park car for free in the Simmeringer Hauptstraße or in the side streets. The good solution is Park & Ride facilities, which are located at many metro-end stations.
