Operating since 2009, Villa Solaris is a family run business inspired by our passion for family recreation, experience in renting guestrooms and our love of the Baltic Sea.
It was designed and equipped for families with children and the enthusiasts of active rest. Our aim was to create homely i.e. comfortable, safe and relaxing conditions for leisure and recreation.
The building was designed to be a guest house, therefore it meets the current construction requirements and fire safety demands. Ground floor rooms are perfectly suited to families with small children or a disabled person.
Villa Solaris is situated in the peaceful town of Chłapowo, in the vicinity of the picturesque Chłapowski Ravine and a scenic cliff – just 250 m from the seafront. The property is ideally located, far from the bustle typical of tourist resorts, but still within a 20-minute walk of the town centre.
Villa Solaris offers well-supplied double, triple and family of four en-suite rooms. All our bathrooms are heated and are equipped with a shower cubicle, a well-illuminated mirror and 24 hour hot water. Each room has a balcony or a terrace.
All rooms have the following:
- a TV set with HB satellite TV socket - a private or leased set-top box will allow you to watch your favourite satellite channels (all upstairs rooms feature HDTV sets with HDMI connectors)
- comfortable hotel beds (1st and 2nd floor)
- antiallergic bed linen
- a fridge, a wireless kettle, plates, a cutting board and cups
- beach equipment.
A kitchenette for preparing meals is at our guests' disposal (a convenient option for children or adults with special dietary needs). It comes with a comprehensive range of cooking facilities: an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a sink, a wireless kettle, a range hood, a sandwich toaster, a blender, and a basic set of crockery and cutlery. Our guests can also use an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
Free wireless internet access is available in the building.
Our enclosed premises feature a parking, a summerhouse with barbecue facilities, a large swing and a playground for children. There is also a variety of play facilities (a sandpit, a slide, a rocking horse, a table, chairs and a small garden swing) for use by children under seven.
You can make a reservation by calling us on +48 58 733 56 60 or +48 606 46 30 90 (mobile phone number) from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. We require a deposit payment to guarantee your booking against cancellation. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your stay.
While making the payment, please specify your reservation dates and your phone number. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days after a phone booking has been made, your reservation WILL BE CANCELLED.
Total room charges including the local climate fee must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. There is no refund for any days you might leave earlier than your reservation specifies. We can accept a cancellation 14 or more days prior to your reservation for a full refund.
